Return Policy
Sales are FINAL on custom orders and candles in cups with pre-existing, disclosed defects. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We have a 14-day return policy on all other products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Standard returns will be shipped at the buyer's expense. Local meet-ups available. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
